Rajasthan Fenugreek Seeds
Fenugreek (Trigonella foenum-graecum), called Methi in India, is one of the world's oldest cultivated plants — used simultaneously as a food spice, a pharmaceutical ingredient and a galactagogue (milk-production stimulant). India is the world's largest fenugreek producer, with Rajasthan accounting for over 80% of domestic production.
PAX Herbal supplies whole fenugreek seeds, fenugreek powder and kasuri methi (dried fenugreek leaves). Seeds are machine-cleaned with low admixture. Diosgenin content (a steroidal saponin used as a pharmaceutical starting material for steroid synthesis) is available on request for pharmaceutical buyers. Food-grade and pharma-grade material supplied.
