Rajasthan Turmeric
Turmeric (Curcuma longa), known as Haldi in India, is both a culinary staple and one of the world's most extensively studied medicinal herbs. India produces over 80% of global turmeric supply, with Rajasthan, Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu and Telangana being the primary growing states. Rajasthan-origin turmeric is valued for its bright golden colour and curcumin content of 3–5%.
PAX Herbal supplies turmeric fingers (polished and unpolished), turmeric cuts and turmeric powder. Curcumin content is tested by HPLC per batch and stated on the COA. Both food-grade and nutraceutical-grade material is available. Natural colour and aroma are carefully preserved through shade-drying at controlled temperatures.
